COACHES: MAKE SURE YOUR PLAYERS HAVE THEIR SHIN GUARDS COMPLETELY COVERED WITH SOCCER SOCKS AND THAT THEY ARE NOT WEARING ANY JEWELRY OR WATCHES – MAYBE ENLIST YOUR ASSISTANT COACH FOR HELP WITH THIS….?

U8 and U10 Coaches: these are the game sheets now for U8 and U10. There are 3 separate games on each sheet. You are no longer required to write out your player roster. This form replaces the old 3 part pink/yellow/gold forms. U12 and up still use the old forms.
